CF_AR_1 Critical Feedback - Ableton Live Rack

Critical Feedback Ableton Rack: recreation of the amazing Audrey II Feedback Synthesizer by Synthux

NOTE: requires Max for Live for the Rack to work! Tested on Ableton Live 12.1 Suite

The rack's design is straightforward. I relied on Max For Live Audio Routes, which contains Audio Sender and Audio Receiver devices which allows for easy creation of feedback loop inside a single rack. The signal chain includes a Saturator for distortion and amplification, an Equalizer for sound shaping, Reverb for depth and time stretching, and a Hard single repeat delay to tune the feedback's resonance frequency. Finally, there's a chorus effect for smoothing and adding vibrato.

While all effects except the chorus are essential for the device's core functionality, I kept the chorus because it adds tremendous variety and flexibility to the possible sounds.

Feel free to get creative and add your own effects or third-party plugins for more expression.
